Looking for help

im new to this site and having may problems, firstly, is this site for advertising, selling, or just building a portfolio, secondly, i found out i could transfer my deviant art profile to artician, but every time i try theres an error, tried going on the forums, and they say its sorted but i still wont work for me, i always get this message i cant...
